  spinich leaves or kale
1/2  cup
  applesauce
1/2  cup
  strawberries or other fruit
  stalk of celery

  cucumber
2  pieces
  spoon of fibre supplement
1/2  cup
  parseley
1  tsp.
  Lemon Juice
1/2  cup

Directions:  
put all in blender and blend, you can do it the night before and keep it in the fridge covered with plastic wrap (as long as you include lemon juice)
